1000 KG Mash of 90% rye & 10% barley malt per fermentation. Fermentation time 72-96 hours.

First distillation with the grist in a traditional German grain column still, 2nd distillation in a small copper still.

First maturation at 60%Vol. Alc. in first fill and refill red wine barriques (225L) for 2 years then 2 years in first fill Malaga (PX + Moscatel) barriques (225L) casks. Blended in a container, reduced to 46%Vol Alc. and bottled with a light particle filtration and natural color exclusively as „small batch“ for Anthem Imports in 3600 X 700 ML bottles.

1000 KG Mash of pure barley malt per fermentation.

Fermentation time 72-96 hours.

First distillation with the grist in a traditional German grain column still, 2nd distillation in a small copper still.

First maturation at 60%Vol. Alc. in refill red wine barriques (225L) for 4 years then 3 years in first fill Cream Sherry casks. Blended in acontainer, reduced to 46%Vol Alc. and bottled with a light particle filtration and natural color exclusively as „small batch“ for Anthem Imports in 3600 X 700 ML bottles.

1000 KG Mash of barley malt & wheat malt plus heavily peated barley malt (25/50/25%) per fermentation.

Fermentation time 72-96 hours.

First distillation with the grist in a traditional German grain column still, 2nd distillation in a small copper still.

First maturation at 60%Vol. Alc. in refill red wine barriques (225L) for 3 years, then 4 year in first fill P.X. Sherry casks. Blended in one container, reduced to 46%Vol Alc. and bottled with a light particle filtration and natural color exclusively as „small batch“ for Anthem Imports in 2400 X 700 ML bottles.
